Nivalis Nights Price, Editions & Pre-Order Status
Until the store page gets a price, everything below is either official silence or community speculation, clearly labeled.
Prices checked Aug 23, 2026 · no official price yet
Third-party stores are already listing Nivalis Nights pre-orders. Those are unofficial placeholder listings; do not pay for a key before the publisher announces a price.
The short version
There is no official price, no pre-order, and no edition lineup. The only official action available right now is adding the game to your Steam wishlist.
What people are guessing
The Steam discussion boards have a pricing thread where players estimate $24.99–$34.99, with a possible $9.99 soundtrack. Those are community guesses based on 505 Games' usual pricing, not anything the publisher said.
A warning about third-party listings
Several key resellers already list Nivalis Nights pre-orders. Those listings went up before any official price, which means they are placeholders; you would be paying for a key whose price and existence are not guaranteed by the publisher. Wait for the official announcement.
Why the price is worth waiting for
The scale of this game is not typical for the price bracket people are guessing at. The studio has said the city contains roughly 135 fully voiced characters, and 505 Games has been promoting a 1-million-wishlist milestone. Studios price for that scale, not for the genre average — a life-sim with this much voice work is more likely to land in the mid-range than at the bottom.
That said, pricing decisions also depend on the publisher’s platform strategy. If a console version is coming later, the PC price often sets the anchor for it, which is another reason nothing has been announced while the console question is still open.
What you can do today
- Wishlist the game on Steam. It costs nothing, and a wishlist entry is how you get notified the moment pre-orders or a price appear.
- Do not buy grey-market keys. Without an official price there is no way for a reseller to have legitimate stock; a key bought now can be revoked.
- Ignore “leaked” prices. Store databases are updated by publishers, and any figure without a store page behind it is either a placeholder or invented.
How we will report the price
When 505 Games publishes it, this page gets the price in US dollars, the euro and sterling prices where the stores list them separately, and the edition lineup if there is one. If there are multiple editions, we will break down exactly what each one contains instead of repeating the store copy.
